Joel Gori is the artistic director of the Metamorphosis Performing Company and is a rostered artist in the arts-in-education program with the PA Council on the Arts. He is a resident artist at the Yocum Institute for Arts Education. He is the founder of the Reading Theater Project and is currently president of their board of directors.

chris heslop
Chris Heslop is a saxophonist and composer. His compositions have been performed by big bands, salsa bands, choirs, orchestras, and opera companies. He likes to perform with diverse groups including early jazz, salsa, and modern improvised music. He is also active in jazz education programs throughout his community.

Christopher David Roché (Managing Director) is an actor, singer, stage manager, director, and teaching artist throughout the tri-state area. He graduated from Albright College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Theatre and History, where he also studied voice under Jeffrey Lentz. Christine D. Cieplinski, M.Ed.- professional actor, director, producer, costume designer, educator & corporate trainer, therapist & advocate for victims of abuse, community organizer, and lover of macaroni and cheese, celebrates each endeavor with RTP's Principal Creative Team and is the proud Director of RTP's Quick & Dirty Improv Troupe.

Vicki Graff is usually an actor or playwright, sometimes a director or teaching artist. She was the Artistic Director of RTP until September 2015, when she moved to California. She worked at Touchstone Theatre in Bethlehem, studied at the Patravadi Theatre in Bangkok, and graduated from the University of Evansville with a BFA in Theatre Performance.
